Technical Support

Office hours are from 09.00am to 17.30pm Monday to Friday.

Offices are closed on Weekends and Bank Holidays.

Normal response times for non urgent matters are within 24 hours and urgent calls within 2 hours during normal office hours. This may vary as specified within a Support Level Agreement.

Out of Hours Support

For out of hours calls customers should use our Technical Support Line:

Any messages left out of hours via the Technical Support Line are automatically sent via email to our staff and responded to accordingly. Out of hours problem reports may not receive call back notifications as priority will be with resolving the problem at hand.

Support Level Agreements

It is recommended that customers include a support level agreement as part of their hosting package. This will allow us to prioritise their support calls and proves to be a more cost effective solution.
