  • 1. How do I access my website staticstics?
  • Your website statistics are available to you 24 hours a day. Simply login to our control panel and select 'Traffic Statistics' from the menu on the left.
  • 2. Where can I find your terms and conditions?
  • Our terms and conditions are available in PDF format from the 'Terms and Conditions' page.
  • 3. How can I check if there is a service problem?
  • The status notifier in the top right hand corner of every page of our website indicates the status of our services at the time the page was loaded. Each time you visit another page or refresh your current page you will be shown the most up to date status information.
  • 4. How can I access email account away from my normal computer?
  • Each of our customers has access to our webmail service. This can be accessed using any internet browser from any location. This facility is normally accessed using webmail.yourdomain.tld. You will need to provide your email address and the password for your mailbox. If you are regularly using a private computer away from your normal location it may be worth configuring an email client. See out how-to section for help configuring email clients.
